WATER DAMAGE CLEAN-UP

Fast Response is Key
One of the most important factors in successfully drying a structure is to respond quickly and start the drying process as soon as possible. Research shows that starting the drying process within the first 24 to 48 hours will reduce the likelihood of a mold problem dramatically.

Enviro-Clean IICRC certified technicians are trained to “dry in place” and save materials like walls, ceilings and floors whenever possible, rather than tear them out. The sooner we can start drying, the more likely it is that we can save most of these materials, saving untold dollars in reconstruction later.

Finding Hidden Moisture
In order to effective dry a building, we have to know exactly where the moisture is located.

Enviro-Clean technicians use a variety of devises to find and measure moisture that may be hidden from view -- in and behind walls, ceilings and floors. Because we will never leave a job until it is thoroughly dry, we use moisture detection devices during and after the drying process as well.

Our technicians use Delmhorst moisture meters, both invasive and non-invasive, as well as FLIR Thermal Imaging (infra-red) cameras.

State-of-the-Art Drying Technologies
At Enviro-Clean we use the most effective and efficient methods to thoroughly dry a wet structure. All of our drying technicians are highly trained, certified and experienced. Our project managers and technicians have been trained and certified through RIA (again hyperlink) and IICRC (hyperlink) at nationally recognized schools such as The American Drying Institute and The Hydro Lab. After assessing the loss, they will choose the most applicable methodologies and technologies for each situation. We have the following equipment at our disposal:

DrySmart Diesel 500 Heat Drying Trailer
Designed for handling water restoration jobs from 800 to over 5,000 square feet. Packing over 500,000 BTU's of energy, the DrySmart Structural Drying System quickly heats building interiors, driving out unwanted moisture and speeding the evaporation process. The on board fuel tank carries enough fuel to run the system for 2-3+ days without refueling.

Water Out "Convectant Drying" Trailers
Using hot, dry air, these units remove up to 300 gallons of moisture per day. Because it provides heat, Convectant Drying is a perfect application in freezing conditions.

Water Out "YD 9000"
Removes up to 1200 gallons of moisture per day. This is an excellent application for large commercial and industrial areas.

Dri-Eaz Rover
Removes 95% of water from a carpet before drying, allowing us to save carpets and pads in many cases.

Inject-a-Dry System
Dries and saves hardwood floors and other hard surfaces, rather than tearing them out and replacing them.

Axial Air Movers
The Phoenix Axial Air Mover is the industry’s only air mover specifically engineered with patent pending Focus™ Technology. Focus™ Technology not only produces air velocities greater than competitive products, but also focuses those velocities on hard-to-dry areas such as carpet and pad, sub-floor and walls.

High Capacity, Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifier
The Phoenix 200 MAX is one of the most effective and versatile drying devices available on the market today. When you combine this performance with the multiple ducting and air filtration options, it is easy to understand why the Phoenix 200 MAX is considered a workhorse in low grain refrigerant dehumidification.
